The main purpose of a reception management system is to ensure speedy and accurate validation of members and guests before they are allowed entry into the club.

Punta Hunta™ Reception Management does just that whilst also allowing new data to be entered or updated without creating a queue.

As the system is totally user definable your Club can define your own configuration and requirements such as ID warnings, Address check warnings, automatic message displays based upon your own criteria such as Birthdays to increase member satisfaction.

  • Fast entry with just one swipe of your own Club’s Membership cards
  • Fast search either by membership number, member name or partial name
  • A full filter search may also be performed to build a list of customers that match the requested criteria, i.e. age range, gender, nationality, etc.
  • Automatic photograph, signature or ITG display ensures personal recognition
  • Identification compliance is handled automatically and strictly adheres to legislative requirements. Members or guests who do not have fully compliant ID will not be allowed entry.
  • If the member or guest does not have fully compliant ID recorded on the system this can be updated during the registration process, using any form of valid ID the customer is carrying, OR if you are using our integrated Electoral Roll software – this can used as a guaranteed form of ID compliance – as quoted by the Gaming Board of Great Britain.
  • Same facilities available for guests as required by the Gaming Board of Great Britain
  • Fast photograph and signature capture available at point of entry
  • Reception till printer prints member name and time at each entry to avoid member signature requirement and therefore speeds up member entry
  • Ability to leave a message for another member so when that member comes in the message appears and is passed on.
  • Automatic Birthday message to prompt for members birthdays at reception
  • Member entrance can be linked to a Club promotion to give full promotion attendance, costs and more importantly – profitability.
  • Ability to search through the current session to find member either by name, visit time or photograph if running the Photo gallery
  • As well as logging members and guest INTO the Club you can log them OUT OF the Club, which not only ensures the Club complies with fire and insurance regulations but ensures visit consistency if a member visits more than once in one session as well as with different guests.
  • Ability to mark visits as Registered in Error
  • Ability to mark visits as Refused Entry
  • Full End of Session reports give full history of transactions and changes during the session.
