The management and marketing of casino clubs are subject to strict regulations. Punta Hunta™ has been specifically developed to comply with current Casino regulations and assist in the efficiency and success of clubs.

As you would expect from any Casino Membership Control system, Punta Hunta™ incorporates all the information necessary to manage your members and guests details. Data is entered in a user-defined manner ensuring speed and accuracy of data.

Membership Control is the heart of Punta Hunta™ as it holds the core upon which data from other departments is added/amended and continually verified. Each member and guest record is built up of certain data; standard, critical and others used for marketing and data analysis. Therefore ensuring an easy guest to member upgrade without the loss of any data.

All membership data can be accessed from the member record and it is predominantly this record that produces most information for reporting purposes as it holds all data entered at reception and Cash Desks such as visit and cash transaction history.

The critical data required for each member is based upon current legislation issued by the Gaming Board of Great Britain together with other political departments such as NCIS ie ID required for guests as well as members.

Other functionality exists in order to ensure the smooth running of all departments, such as:-

• Fast photograph and signature capture ensure continued compliance and speed of entry at Reception and is also used at areas such as the Pit area for visual confirmation of members and Cash Desk for validating member’s details.
• ID document scanning available again for validation of member’s details at all areas of the Casino.
• Fast membership card production for future use at Reception for Fast Track entry and at Cash Desk.
• Integration with Postcode software ensures accuracy of addresses and verification of persons unknown to you.
• Integration with Electoral Roll software goes one step further and verifies persons unknown to you against a Post Code, Name or Street – this information is then automatically updated into Punta Hunta™ – filling in all fields such as name, address, date of birth, age.
• Full Undesirables tracking including photograph, description, reason for barring and all Clubs that this member is barred from. Undesirables are not necessarily members or guests so anybody can be added to the database for validation against new member/guest applications or attempted entrance.
• Marketing and Interest data to be used for mailshot or promotion purposes.
