A base of over 20 template generic reports give you the ability to produce reports as standard but which can easily be amended by yourselves to produce the reports that are specific to your Club.

• Queries can be created and saved for future use, and/or
• List your selection of members and drill down to basic member details not only for enquiry but maintenance purposes, and/or
• Print the queries to screen for immediate decision making, and/or
• Automatically create an export file for future use such as with Word/Excel for mailshots, and/or
• Print reports direct to a printer and/or
• Save it as a main query and then filter this to create sub-queries
• Queries can be used with Interest or Promotion codes held against each member to enable marketing analysis
